Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our clinical team. Your work hours will be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gather valuable insights into the psychological and emotional needs of clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their backgrounds and challenges.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that address the specific objectives and needs of each client.

• Facilitate engaging and evidence-based therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques to promote client growth and recovery.

• Demonstrate professional expertise in crisis intervention, providing skilled and empathetic support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress or challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele primarily consists of low-acuity patients who have been pre-screened, allowing you to focus on delivering effective therapy without the additional strain often associated with higher-acuity cases. By working with individuals who are at different stages of their mental health journey, you will contribute to their healing and support their long-term recovery. Your role is crucial in building trusting relationships and creating a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or Doctoral level PsyD.

• A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required, while a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling is required, candidates with additional experience in telehealth or a specialization in specific therapy modalities will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
