As an Outpatient Mental Health Counselor, you will operate under the care and guidance of our clinician-led leadership, which promotes collaborative practice and cross-training opportunities. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients while establishing strong rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to foster a therapeutic alliance.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) designation.

• A minimum of one year of experience in an outpatient clinical setting following graduation.

• Proficiency in computer applications relevant to mental health practice, such as RMS systems, Excel, Outlook, and PIMSY.

Compensation and Benefits\n
