This full-time position is entirely remote, providing the flexibility to work from your preferred environment. The clinic operates weekdays, with a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a well-balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform, ensuring that clients receive high-quality therapeutic support in a comfortable setting.

• Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans based on clients' specific needs and progress, employing evidence-based methodologies to facilitate meaningful outcomes.

• Maintain clear, accurate, and confidential client records in adherence to HIPAA regulations, documenting therapy sessions and treatment updates diligently.

• Work closely with a remote, multidisciplinary team to monitor client progress and collaborate on care strategies, participating in regular team meetings to enhance service delivery.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health counseling practices to continuously improve your professional skills and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will engage with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing diverse mental health issues—ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship difficulties and trauma recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) within California.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience providing mental health counseling in a professional setting.

• Proficient communication skills in a telehealth environment, demonstrating the ability to effectively engage with clients virtually.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 115,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
