Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized clinical treatment plans for clients experiencing acute or chronic mental health issues. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure all treatment methods are evidence-based and culturally appropriate.

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy through various modalities, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions. Your ability to adapt techniques and interventions will empower clients to achieve their personal mental health goals.

• Prepare detailed intake summaries, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to all state and NCQA regulations. Ensure that records are kept updated and secure, reflecting the best practices in mental health documentation.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to evaluate patients for psychotropic medication needs, applying your clinical judgment and expertise throughout the process.

• Engage in case conferences and staff meetings to assess the effectiveness of treatment programs and make necessary adjustments tailored to each client’s evolving needs.

• If qualified, supervise Post Masters Fellows or Associates, guiding them through their professional development and ensuring high standards of care and service delivery.

• Offer family support by educating members on treatment processes and providing guidance to foster greater understanding and adherence to their loved one’s therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Active licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a telehealth environment and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 , commensurate with experience and caseload.
