Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups through telehealth platforms.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans for clients, considering their unique backgrounds and mental health challenges.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and maintain accurate, confidential records in accordance with state regulations and NCQA standards.
\n
• Utilize community resources and collaborate with public and private agencies to provide referrals and additional support for clients and their families.
\n
• Instruct patients and their families regarding compliance with therapeutic regimens and medication, offering guidance and support for increased adherence.

• Participate in regular staff conferences to discuss treatment plans, share insights, and collaborate on program development.

• Supervise and provide mentorship for post-master's fellows and associate clinicians as needed and appropriate.

• Champion the importance of mental health awareness and education through the development and facilitation of psychoeducational classes and groups.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of patients, including individuals struggling with acute or chronic mental health issues. By utilizing telehealth services, you will reach clients from various geographic and socioeconomic backgrounds, facilitating access to critical mental health resources. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Candidates must hold a valid California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Strong understanding of and adherence to department standards, policies, and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations governing mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
