Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client’s unique symptoms, strengths, and treatment needs.

• Create comprehensive, culturally sensitive treatment plans tailored to the individual or family’s circumstances.

• Provide direct outpatient services, including individual and family counseling, utilizing trauma-informed practices that prioritize client safety and empowerment.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and enhance service delivery, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support.

• Manage clinical documentation meticulously, including client assessments and treatment plans, ensuring that all records meet program standards and are completed in a timely manner.

• Maintain detailed case files that reflect client progress and treatment outcomes, while also providing crisis intervention as necessary.

• Carry a designated caseload, adaptively managing it based on the program’s requirements and client needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts. Our practice focuses on serving vulnerable populations, emphasizing culturally competent methods to ensure all clients feel safe and understood throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active clinical license in the State of California (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) that does not require supervision.

• Ability to establish rapport with clients and foster a trusting environment for therapeutic work.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective documentation and collaboration.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is required, we prefer candidates with 2 to 4 years of experience working directly with vulnerable populations. Prior experience in telehealth settings and familiarity with evidence-based mental health modalities are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year , depending on experience and qualifications.
