Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients through video chat, focusing on enhancing their mental health and emotional well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a well-screened caseload of stable adults who present with low acuity mental health issues, ensuring a manageable environment to focus on therapeutic growth. You have the flexibility to choose specific demographics of clients, working only with those populations that you are comfortable and skilled in serving. The clinic guarantees unlimited referrals, minimizing the need for marketing and allowing you to concentrate on your clients' care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Must hold an active license to practice independently as a Mental Health professional, including LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW. Note: only fully licensed practitioners are eligible, no provisional licenses.

• Demonstrated ability to assess client needs, make professional evaluations, and develop effective treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential to establish rapport with clients.

• Proficiency in using computers and digital platforms for client management and telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually based on the hours worked. In addition, you will receive a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000, weekly direct deposits for your earnings, and a monthly healthcare stipend for those working full-time.
