The annual salary for this role ranges between USD 90,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.

As a fully remote position, you will have the opportunity to work from your home, providing you with the flexibility to navigate personal commitments alongside your professional duties. You can choose from a full-time work schedule of over 30 hours per week or a part-time schedule of over 5 hours per week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling to clients through secure video chat sessions, adapting to individual needs and circumstances.

• Conduct ongoing assessments and create tailored treatment plans, ensuring that each client receives appropriate interventions and support strategies.

• Help clients develop essential coping mechanisms, problem-solving skills, and effective communication techniques to enhance their well-being.

• Maintain accurate records with minimal paperwork through our easy-to-use counseling platform, allowing you to focus more on your client sessions than administrative tasks.

• Work collaboratively with a team of mental health professionals, participating in case consultations and sharing best practices to improve patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on working with stable, low-acuity adults requiring support to navigate everyday challenges. Your role will involve understanding their unique experiences, providing a safe environment for sharing, and guiding them towards sustainable mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current state license in California as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD, capable of working independently without supervision.
\n
• No ongoing disciplinary actions related to licensure, ensuring a commitment to ethical practice.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with proficient computer literacy to effectively utilize our counseling platform.

• A stable Wi-Fi connection to ensure consistent availability for client therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with low-acuity populations, particularly in remote settings, is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and mental health assessments.

• Previous experience with online counseling platforms or telehealth services is a plus.
