Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorders, ensuring all evaluations are documented accurately.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate personalized treatment plans based on their unique requirements, preferences, and recovery goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate transformative counseling sessions.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment modalities, and essential self-care practices to support long-term mental health.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

You will work primarily with adults struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and related mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
