Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations during initial client consultations to identify mental health issues and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to meet varied client needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Engage actively with clients to collaboratively set and track progress toward therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on client feedback and progress evaluations.

• Offer teletherapy options, ensuring all clients have access to vital services, especially those facing geographical or physical barriers to in-person appointments.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation in our electronic health record system, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards for client confidentiality and care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other life transitions. Our target population consists of individuals seeking professional support to improve their mental health and attain personal and relational growth.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctorate degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
