Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their unique needs, goals, and personal preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support client progress.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care practices, empowering them to take an active role in their mental health journey.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to reflect changing needs and circumstances.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and share insights on client care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring clients' privacy is respected at all times.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay informed about the latest research and advances in the treatment of mood disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adult clients experiencing a variety of mood disorders, such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
