Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, through both virtual sessions and comprehensive documentation.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals, preferences, and individual needs, leveraging evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care best practices, empowering them with the knowledge to make informed decisions.

• Monitor client progression using standardized assessments and adjust treatment plans accordingly to continuously support their mental health journey.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and healthcare professionals, to provide integrated care that enhances treatment outcomes.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment, contributing to the improvement of therapeutic strategies within the team.

Qualifications\n
