Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, leading to an accurate understanding of their mental health status.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, objectives, and preferences, ensuring they feel involved in their therapeutic journey.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting these practices to meet the distinct challenges presented by each client.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in managing symptoms effectively.

• Monitor and document client progress systematically, regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n
