Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Richmond Healthcare Services, your responsibilities will include:

• Working directly with assigned clients, providing clinical assessments and interventions for those suffering from major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Establishing trusting professional relationships with clients to facilitate open communication and effective therapy sessions.
\n
• Conducting brief, evidence-based screenings to determine the need for comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans.

• Implementing integrated care plans and ensuring seamless access to essential services for clients, including family and peer support.

• Monitoring client progress and modifying treatment strategies as needed to ensure alignment with personal goals and clinical requirements.

Qualifications\n

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
