Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring their unique perspectives are valued and understood.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions and family counseling based on patient needs, adjusting techniques to optimize treatment outcomes.

• Efficiently complete necessary documentation including billing, patient treatment plans, and insurance authorizations, adhering to established timelines to maintain seamless care delivery.

• Develop, implement, and review crisis plans, safety protocols, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans aimed at promoting stable functioning and reducing risk.

• Create comprehensive discharge plans that facilitate positive transitions for patients moving out of direct care.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations, and uphold organizational policies and procedures to maintain high standards of practice.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in training, continuing education, and case consultations that enhance your clinical skills.

• Actively engage in agency meetings and collaborative discussions to improve care strategies and foster team cohesion.
\n
• Adhere to licensing requirements and mandatory training, ensuring your credentials and qualifications remain current.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals battling anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be key in providing therapeutic support tailored to both children and adults within various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related field is required.

• A valid professional licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW-C) in the State of Maryland is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
