Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to gauge clients' mental health status, needs, and therapeutic goals.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans that reflect clients' objectives and utilize evidenced-based practices.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions to adult clients, employing therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms to conduct virtual sessions, maintaining high standards of professionalism and client confidentiality.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention services, utilizing your skills to stabilize clients during urgent situations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include a diverse adult population coping with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be crucial in building trusting relationships, enabling you to tailor therapeutic interventions that meet the unique needs of each individual while promoting their overall mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Mental Health Professional, either as a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A relevant advanced degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients effectively.

• A demonstrated ability to approach therapy with compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental perspective.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage your time, ensuring efficient client service delivery.

• No history of disciplinary actions with licensing boards.

Preferred Experience\n

While new graduates are encouraged to apply, we prefer candidates with at least two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling. Experience working in telehealth environments and familiarity with various therapeutic methodologies will be considered an added advantage.
