Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments, utilizing standardized tools and your clinical judgment to develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' mental health goals.

• Engage clients in individual therapy sessions through teletherapy, implementing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.

• Work collaboratively with clients to set and monitor progress toward therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to enhance outcomes.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation that reflects clients' progress and treatment effectiveness, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to continuously enhance clinical skills and stay informed about innovative practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The majority of clients you will serve are individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma, and adjustment issues. Many clients may face barriers to traditional in-person therapy, making your role as a telehealth provider critically important in their journey toward healing. Your ability to foster trust and build rapport in a virtual environment will play a crucial role in promoting their therapeutic progress.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license such as Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication skills to establish and maintain a safe therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Demonstrated ability to exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to enhance the therapeutic experience.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload, conduct therapy sessions, and fulfill administrative duties.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in delivering teletherapy services, preferably in a private practice or outpatient setting.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

• Knowledge of community resources available for clients and familiarity with referral processes.

• Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
