Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for patients, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools to evaluate their psychological well-being and recommend appropriate treatment plans.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on helping patients express their concerns, explore emotions, and build effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, ensuring a coordinated approach that prioritizes integrated care and shared understanding of patient histories.

• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate therapeutic interventions as needed.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
