Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental well-being and develop tailored treatment plans focused on achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Utilize secure virtual platforms to deliver evidence-based therapy sessions, adjusting strategies based on individual client needs and circumstances.

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their journey, establishing clear, realistic therapeutic goals and providing continuous support throughout the treatment process.

• Employ an array of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques to suit clients’ preferences.

• Document client progress meticulously, ensuring all sessions and changes in treatment are recorded in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to further develop skills and contribute to a culture of shared learning and improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role serves a diverse client base, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and various life transitions. As our clientele may be from different cultural backgrounds and age groups, you will be expected to adapt your communication and therapeutic approaches accordingly, creating a safe and inclusive space for all clients.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish meaningful connections with clients in a virtual setting.

• A high level of empathy, compassion, and patience to effectively support clients through their personal challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a caseload efficiently while ensuring timely documentation.
