Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse histories alongside their mental health conditions.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address specific addiction-related issues and any co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices that promote sustainable recovery.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, ensuring an integrated approach to client care.

• Educate and involve clients’ families in the recovery process, offering them tools and resources for support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work primarily with adults struggling with a range of substance use disorders, including but not limited to alcohol, prescription medications, and illicit drugs. Clients may also present with co-occurring mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, or trauma-related concerns. The therapist’s role is to foster resilience and equip clients with skills to navigate their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
