Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions with patients at scheduled intervals to promote mental wellness.

• Perform comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments for new patients to tailor treatment plans effectively.

• Collaborate with each patient to establish, review, and modify immediate treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.

• Develop individualized aftercare and discharge plans to support long-term recovery and maintain positive outcomes post-treatment.

• Ensure the delivery of high quality, efficient counseling services by applying evidence-based practices tailored to patient needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Engage in case consultations and team meetings to discuss patient progress and strategies for improvement.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor that align with clinical goals and patient needs.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and families experiencing mental health issues and substance abuse challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid and up-to-date license as an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of New York.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating competence in counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Your total compensation will also include:
