Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMHC, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients' needs thoroughly and collaboratively developing personalized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions through various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitating psychoeducational and support groups aimed at providing community connection and addressing common mental health concerns such as stress management and coping strategies.

• Working closely with psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure patients receive coordinated and comprehensive treatment across the spectrum of care.

• Providing crisis intervention services as needed to clients facing mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.

• Educating clients about mental health disorders, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation of all client interactions to comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Actively participating in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, including individuals coping with a broad range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship challenges, and more. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent in the state of Massachusetts.

• A strong foundation in mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches.

• Proven capability in conducting thorough mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment plans based on individual client needs.

• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy to a diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
