Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring consistency with regulatory standards.

• Carry out timely documentation using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulatory and ethical guidelines.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as dictated by the clinical team to accurately assess client needs and adjust treatment approaches accordingly.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that the clinic meets the highest standards of care.

• Serve as an intermediary with relevant state agencies, community partners, and service systems, fostering relationships that benefit clients.

• Maintain open and transparent communication channels with team members and community stakeholders to uphold our mission and service standards.

• Contribute to building and maintaining partnerships with local, state, and federal organizations to identify potential funding opportunities and program enhancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work directly with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing emotional distress, those in recovery from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. Your skills will be vital in providing person-centered care that encourages independence and supports recovery, ensuring that each client feels heard, respected, and empowered in their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is mandatory.

• An independent LMHC license is required to practice in Massachusetts.
