Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing strong relationships that facilitate open communication while maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, stabilization, and necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Create, implement, and monitor tailored treatment plans that are person-centered and consider individual needs, preferences, and situations.

• Keep precise and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client, adhering to clinical and ethical standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine the needs and goals of new clients.

• Engage in weekly individual sessions to support the emotional and psychological health of clients.

• Participate in individual supervision and team meetings aimed at improving clinical techniques and outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic focuses on youth and families, including individuals with diverse mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. You will be instrumental in providing support that fosters resilience, recovery, and personal growth in these populations. Building rapport and a trusting relationship with clients is a critical component of the therapeutic process, which you will be asked to implement actively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts is mandatory.

• Proficient in meeting the internal credentialing requirements necessary for various clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations is essential.

• Demonstrated skills in assessment, diagnosis, and conducting both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic keyboarding skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
