This role focuses primarily on providing vital mental health support through telehealth services, ensuring that clients receive the individualized care they need from the comfort of their own homes. This position offers the flexibility of a remote telehealth setting, allowing counselors to engage with clients through digital platforms. Our practice hours are flexible, operating from 7 AM to 10 PM seven days a week, which allows staff to create schedules that accommodate their personal and professional needs. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand each client's trauma history and craft tailored treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and overall mental well-being.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to assist clients in processing trauma.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, devising strategies to help clients cope with challenges and promote healing.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to deliver cohesive, integrated care to improve patient outcomes.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support in trauma-related emergencies to ensure client safety.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses and available resources, empowering them with knowledge and practical coping techniques.

• Maintain thorough, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while contributing to case discussions and team meetings focused on trauma-informed care.

Qualifications\n

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
