Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs, while integrating evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies by developing pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation to comply with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Utilize clinical team screening tools to accurately assess client needs and determine appropriate treatment methods.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective positive behavior support plans.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance and quality of care.

• Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners, enhancing integration of care for clients.

• Foster strong communication to meet contractual obligations while advocating for clients’ needs within the community.

• Cultivate partnerships with local, state, and federal agencies, identifying opportunities for collaborative programs and securing funding.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by attending workshops and conferences, participating in committees, and contributing to the advancement of mental health practices.

• Fulfill any additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, ensuring comprehensive service to our client population.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population including individuals recovering from substance abuse, those with developmental disabilities, and clients coping with emotional and mental health challenges. Qualifications\n
