Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs, including crafting pre-crisis and crisis plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that meets regulatory standards while employing evidence-based screening tools as part of the assessment process.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans that enhance clients' overall well-being.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards of care.

• Serve as a representative and liaison to community partners, state agencies, and service systems to facilitate comprehensive support for clients.

• Establish and nurture effective communication channels with stakeholders to promote adherence to contract standards and further our organizational mission.

• Engage in networking with local and state organizations to identify new funding sources and partnerships that enhance program offerings.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, such as attending conferences and workshops, to remain current in the field of mental health counseling.

The LMHC will primarily work with individuals seeking assistance for a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Must possess an independent LMHC license from the state board.
