Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct clinical consultations with other clinical staff regarding a variety of mental health issues, ensuring comprehensive support for our patients across different demographics.

• Actively interpret and relay critical social history information of patients and their families to our multidisciplinary team, facilitating informed decision-making around care plans.

• Oversee the coordination and planning of individual patient care strategies, particularly focusing on home environments and community resources to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Design and implement treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, regularly reviewing cases and collaborating with other providers to ensure effective interventions.

• Engage in ongoing documentation and completion of progress notes post-session, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of patient information.

• Fulfill additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall operations and success of El Centro Behavioral Center.

Qualifications\n
