Work Environment\n

This position offers a full-time remote telehealth setting, allowing you to work from home while providing essential mental health services. Our standard operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to adjust your schedule based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that consider each patient's unique cultural and personal experiences, ensuring they feel understood and valued.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, which may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) adapted to cultural contexts.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, addressing a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Work with a multidisciplinary team, collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to coordinate comprehensive care and improve treatment outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention and emotional support during emergencies, demonstrating quick thinking and compassion to stabilize patients in distress.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, coping strategies, and community support resources.

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and legal adherence in all patient records.

Qualifications\n
