Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Manage a caseload of motivated clients, utilizing our comprehensive patient screening and onboarding processes to ensure the best client-therapist match.
\n
• Engage actively in weekly in-person consultations with peers, sharing insights and strategies that bolster personal and team growth.
\n
• Use established tools, such as the digital alliance scale and session rating scale, to measure and enhance the effectiveness of your sessions.
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to company policies regarding scheduling, charting, fee collection, and case management.
\n
• Provide supervision and mentorship to associate clinicians as opportunities arise, fostering a culture of learning within the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our focus is on maintaining an environment of trust and safety that encourages clients to explore personal challenges and work toward self-improvement actively. By utilizing evidence-based practices, you’ll help clients achieve their therapeutic goals, contributing positively to their overall mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field of mental health.

• Current State of Washington license as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.

• A minimum of 2-3 years relevant clinical experience demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic practices.

• Availability to schedule approximately 33 patient hours per week to achieve effective caseload management.

• Willingness to engage actively in our culture of feedback and continuous improvement.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methodologies.

• Proficient in statistical outcome tracking and client management tools.

• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
