Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for each client.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions while utilizing evidence-based methodologies, including the Digital Alliance Scale for session feedback.

• Maintain a professional caseload, aiming for approximately 33 patient hours weekly to account for cancellations and scheduling adjustments.
\n
• Participate in weekly team consultations to share insights, seek guidance, and enhance overall clinical skills.
\n
• Adhere to RCC’s policies surrounding scheduling, documentation, fee collection, and patient termination procedures.
