Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct telehealth sessions for a varied patient caseload, focusing on evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Utilize the digital alliance scale (session rating scale) in each session to collect feedback and measure patient outcomes.

• Engage in weekly consultations with fellow clinicians to cultivate a culture of learning, sharing challenges, and developing new approaches to treatment.

• Adhere to company policies regarding scheduling, charting, fee collection, new patient onboarding, and session termination.

• Manage an expected caseload of approximately 20-25 patients per week, accounting for potential cancellations and time off.

• Participate in supervision and mentoring opportunities, potentially guiding more junior staff or associates in their therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n
