Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health and substance abuse histories, ensuring tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques that align with our care pathways, fostering client engagement.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care, engaging in team meetings to discuss progress and strategies for client support.

• Educate and involve clients’ families in the recovery process, empowering them with appropriate resources and support mechanisms.

• Maintain meticulous records in compliance with state and federal regulations, safeguarding client confidentiality while documenting therapeutic progress.

Your primary client base consists of pre-screened individuals who are stable and categorized as low acuity. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
