Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are primarily stable adults with low acuity mental health concerns. We prioritize matching counselors with clients based on their individual specialties and demographic preferences, ensuring a therapeutic fit that enhances treatment efficacy. Notably, our practice doesn't involve managing severe mental health issues, which allows you to focus on providing supportive and targeted therapy.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Full licensure to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Provisional licenses and disciplinary actions are not acceptable.

• Strong ability to evaluate client needs and formulate actionable treatment plans based on a supportive approach.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate inclination towards supporting diverse client backgrounds.

• Proficiency in technology and telehealth systems to facilitate seamless counseling services.
