Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, addressing emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges.

• Provide therapeutic counseling sessions via telehealth, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychoeducation.

• Maintain meticulous and timely client records, including clinical notes and treatment progress, in alignment with organizational policies and standards.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary health care team to refine treatment plans, ensuring that all aspects of patient care are cohesive and comprehensive.

• Offer crisis intervention for clients in critical situations, assessing risk factors and implementing appropriate therapeutic interventions to mitigate immediate concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse population of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Our telehealth model enables you to reach clients from various backgrounds, enhancing accessibility to care and reducing barriers traditionally associated with in-person therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is essential for this role.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is required.

• Demonstrated experience of at least 3 years in an outpatient mental health setting, showcasing your ability to manage diverse client cases effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
