Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat, adhering to best practices and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Valid independent licensure in the state of Washington, including one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Competence in making informed clinical evaluations and decisions to facilitate effective treatment planning.

• Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with empathy and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.

• Proficient computer skills to manage digital client interactions and administrative requirements efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a similar counseling role, particularly in providing teletherapy or remote therapy services. Previous work with diverse populations and experience with varied therapeutic modalities will be advantageous.
