This position operates in a remote setting, ensuring flexibility for our counselors to manage their schedules while working closely with a team of like-minded professionals. Hours are typically set from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, allowing for a consistent workweek. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct crisis assessments and interventions for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, providing timely support and guidance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Conscious Minds, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing chronic mental health conditions, those dealing with trauma, addiction issues, and various mood disorders. Your role will also encompass working with elderly clients, focusing on issues related to aging and mental health challenges. The emphasis is on creating a safe, respectful space for each client to feel heard and validated.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

• A minimum of three years of recent experience in the mental health field, with hands-on counseling experience.
