Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using standardized tools and evidence-based methods to understand each client’s unique needs and challenges.

• Develop tailored treatment plans employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other effective therapeutic interventions to promote client progress.

• Keep meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, demonstrating commitment to ethical standards and professional integrity.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and peer counselors to deliver holistic care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer feedback sessions that foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the practice.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, guiding them through resources and treatment options to ensure they are equipped to make informed decisions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or similar credential.

• Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, with a demonstrated ability to customize treatment plans based on individual client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, along with additional performance-based bonuses.
