Key Responsibilities\n

You will be responsible for a diverse set of duties, including:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Crestwood Care Consultants, you will work with a diverse population of clients, each with unique challenges arising from psychological disorders, emotional disturbances, or behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Active licensure as an LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or PsyD (Doctor of Psychology) is required.

• A minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Flexible scheduling options allowing you to choose between 5-40 hours per week.

• Compensation for Licensed Therapists, with full-time earnings ranging from $90,000 to $135,000 annually, depending on experience.

• Additionally, you may be eligible for up to $2,000 in performance-based bonuses.
