Key Responsibilities\n

• Administer comprehensive assessments and tailor treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client, including the development of pre-crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication plans.

• Complete all required documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely and accurate records of client interactions and treatment outcomes.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies within a collaborative clinical framework to evaluate and enhance treatment effectiveness.
\n
• Engage in the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans as part of our commitment to facilitating successful outcomes for clients.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the highest standards of care and operational excellence.
\n
• Serve as a crucial liaison between clients, service systems, state agencies, and community partners, ensuring effective communication and resource accessibility.

• Foster professional relationships with local, state, and private organizations to promote agency programs and identify potential partnerships.

• Engage in continuous personal and professional growth through attending relevant training, conferences, and collaborative meetings.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall effectiveness and mission of the clinic.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• An Independent LMHC License issued by the state's board is a prerequisite.

Compensation and Benefits\n
