Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans focusing on pre-crisis and crisis interventions, which may include behavioral guidelines and positive behavior plans.

• Maintain compliant documentation according to regulatory standards while ensuring timely completion of all required paperwork.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to assess the mental health needs of clients.
\n
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary clinical team to develop and implement effective positive behavior support plans tailored to each patient.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that our services continually meet high standards of care.
\n
• Serve as a liaison between patients, their families, and relevant state agencies, as well as community partners, to streamline access to services.
\n
• Foster open communication channels with stakeholders to enhance the agency’s mission and meet contractual obligations.
\n
• Build and sustain relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to strengthen community programs and explore potential partnerships and funding opportunities.
\n
• Engage in personal and professional development by attending training sessions, conferences, and representing the agency in various meetings and forums.
\n
• Embrace and promote the organization’s mission, values, and philosophy throughout the community.

• Undertake other related tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
