Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy using a variety of modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and person-centered therapy, tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, continually monitoring progress and adjusting as needed for optimal outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy sessions utilizing HIPAA-compliant platforms, ensuring accessibility for clients facing mobility or transportation challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with ethical standards and compliance protocols, ensuring records are up-to-date and comprehensive.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities, such as attending workshops, webinars, and training to expand your skills and knowledge base.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse group of clients who may present a range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Your role is pivotal in helping these individuals navigate their struggles and create effective strategies for coping and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LCMFT, LCPC, LCSW, LSCSW, or PsyD.
\n
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport effectively with clients.
\n
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach toward individuals from various backgrounds.

• Exemplary organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a full caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing therapist services, particularly via teletherapy.

• Specialization in specific therapeutic modalities or populations (e.g., trauma-informed care, substance abuse, child/adolescent mental health).

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for seamless documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
