Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, using standardized tools and your clinical judgement to formulate comprehensive treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, applying a variety of modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and holistic care aimed at improving overall client outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute emotional distress or emergencies, demonstrating both empathy and expert crisis management skills.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
