Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions via video chat, establishing a warm relationship with clients.

• Utilize solution-focused therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique needs, engaging in techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Narrative Therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold a full, unrestricted license such as: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses and no history of disciplinary actions are permitted.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate, supportive demeanor are essential.

• Strong computer literacy skills to navigate our telehealth platform effectively.

Preferred Experience\n
