Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and evidence-based methodologies. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, adjusting therapeutic approaches as needed to best support client growth. Provide individual therapy through telehealth platforms, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other appropriate techniques. Work closely with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to maximize effectiveness. Maintain accurate and detailed client records in compliance with ethical standards and state regulations, ensuring that all documentation is up to date and reflective of treatment progress. Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and trainings, to remain informed about advancements in mental health practices. Patient Population / Client Focus Our diverse client base includes individuals who are dealing with a variety of mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of Washington. A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required. Demonstrable skills in communication and interpersonal relationships, crucial for building trust and rapport with clients. Exemplify a non-judgmental, compassionate, and empathetic approach towards clients' diverse experiences. Organizational and time-management skills must be strong enough to effectively manage caseloads and administrative demands. Preferred Experience Previous experience providing teletherapy services in a private practice or clinical setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms is preferred. Experience in working with specific populations, such as teens or individuals struggling with substance abuse, will be considered an asset. Compensation and Benefits Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
