Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth initial assessments to accurately discern clients' mental health needs, goals, and personal circumstances. Develop individualized treatment plans that outline actionable goals and measurable outcomes tailored to each client's unique situation. Provide evidence-based counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities aimed at fostering mental resilience and emotional healing. Facilitate therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, while adapting strategies to meet client needs. Collaborate closely with clients to help them explore effective coping strategies, practice self-care techniques, and promote personal growth. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, strictly adhering to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines for telehealth practices. Patient Population / Client Focus Your work will primarily involve clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and stress management. You will engage with individuals of all ages, providing tailored support and fostering a safe environment for open dialogue and healing. Your expertise will be crucial in empowering clients to pursue their journey toward mental wellness. Qualifications Active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) is a plus. Strong understanding of the unique mental health challenges prevalent among diverse populations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and collaboration with other healthcare professionals in a virtual setting. Proficiency in evidence-based practices and brief therapy models; familiarity with telehealth best practices is advantageous. Preferred Experience Ideal candidates will possess experience in a similar counseling role, especially within telehealth. Demonstrated success in managing a diverse caseload and adapting therapeutic strategies in a fast-paced environment will set you apart. A strong background in community mental health services or integrated care settings is highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits At Hope Renewed, we offer a competitive salary range of $63,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
