Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health status, strengths, and areas of growth.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific goals, taking into account their unique circumstances and therapeutic needs.

• Provide engaging individual therapy sessions to adult clients using a blend of evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic approaches.

• Utilize teletherapy tools to conduct virtual therapy sessions, ensuring effective communication and client engagement.

• Deliver timely crisis intervention services when necessary, employing appropriate techniques to support clients in acute distress.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, staying informed on best practices, industry standards, and emerging therapeutic methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Wellness Path, you will work with a diverse population of adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges. This may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and other emotional and psychological concerns. Your role will be crucial in helping clients navigate their personal struggles and achieve meaningful change in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong therapeutic relationships.

• Strong organizational skills and effective time-management capabilities.
