Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans specific to each client’s needs.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to support clients in overcoming mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the highest standard of professionalism and ethical practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated and holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with adults experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, major depressive disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, reflecting your skills and expertise.
