This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing for a flexible schedule while still facilitating face-to-face interactions with clients via telehealth. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments, including diagnostic evaluations, crisis planning, and treatment planning to establish a comprehensive understanding of each client's unique situation.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on insights gathered from clients and their families, documenting progress effectively in Electronic Health Records (EHR).

• Provide both face-to-face and remote therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and crises intervention strategies as needed.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, APRNs, and other healthcare professionals to refer clients for further assessments when necessary, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Support clients facing various challenges including low self-esteem, family conflicts, substance use disorders, and suicidal tendencies through skillful counseling techniques and compassionate dialogue.

• Engage with family members to track behavioral changes in clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the client’s environment and ongoing support.

• Maintain adherence to all state and federal privacy regulations, including HIPAA, to protect client confidentiality and data integrity.

• Participate in ongoing training and interdisciplinary meetings to foster professional development and ensure up-to-date knowledge of best practices in mental health care.

• Assist in supervising and mentoring junior therapists and interns to ensure quality service delivery and professional growth.

• Participate in after-hours on-call services and holiday coverage to provide continuous support for clients in crisis.

You will work primarily with adults and adolescents who are navigating challenges related to mental health, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Qualifications\n
