Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, providing clinical diagnoses and formulating appropriate, tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy utilizing diverse evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), custom-fit to meet each client’s unique needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, employing de-escalation techniques and supportive communication to ensure safety and stability.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers to coordinate comprehensive care plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Empower clients and their families through education about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training programs, workshops, and networking opportunities to stay current with the latest trends in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. By providing relational and culturally competent care, our therapists help clients navigate life's stressors, promoting mental wellness and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment capabilities and adept diagnostic skills.

• Have a minimum of two years of experience in a related mental health role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, promoting effective client rapport and collaboration with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
